new idea: self service kiosk where ppl can scan their plane tickets and enter seats they want to switch for (window, aisle, front/mid/back). then it sends the results to the gate ticket counter where tickets can be reissued and everyone holds hands and sings kumbaya
when this flight lands, i would have spent 251h and 53m going 108,868 miles…that’s around the world >4 times over 10 1/2 days in 57 planes
